Delivery Service

Cant get to one of our stores? Gemmells operate a delivery service for bag and shoe repairs that is unsurpassed in New Zealand.

We work with shoe and bag retailers and many of the major shopping malls in and around Auckland.

If you bought your shoes at an Auckland retail store, take them back to that store and ask that they be repaired by Gemmell's Shoe repairs. Chances are we will be driving past your store at some time during the week.

We cover most of Auckland including as far north as Browns Bay, as well as West Auckland, Newmarket and south into Botany Downs and Manukau.

If you have a bag or luggage in need of repair, we collect those as well. Simply take your bag or luggage back to the outlet and ask them to have your bag repaired by Superior Bags.

Pick-up Points

If you purchased shoes, boots, or bags from any of the stores listed here and need repairs done, simply return them to the store and we will collect them, perform the repairs to our high standards, and return them to the store for your collection.

In addition, Maxwells stores in Mirangi Bay, Milford, Northcote and Parnell, accept all repair work for Gemmells footwear and Superior Bag repairs. Just drop your shoes, boots or bag into a Maxwells store, and we will take care of the repairs, and deliver them back to the store when they are done.
